In 2011, White Challis was selected by the city of Ocala to redevelop a multi phase project their downtown. The first residential phase for this project will be The Millworks. 19 industrial row-house style townhomes to include 2 car auto garages and private rooftop gardens. Website
In 2009, the White Challis team was selected by the City of Daytona Beach to redevelop the W.C. Grand, a site that will house 17 row-house style townhomes in the South Atlantic Redevelopment Area. Website
In 2005, an infill parcel was purchased and rezoned for William Square, a new urban subdivision with 15 live/work lots designed for 2-3 story, brownstone-style townhomes. William Square was the first Florida Brownfields Program redevelopment project in historic Downtown Daytona Beach. Website
The Factory is another mixed use project in the heart of Cocoa Village. The White Challis team was selected by the city of Cocoa to redevelop the former City Hall site into a mixture of 24 residential lofts and 15,000 sq ft of commercial retail.

Mr. White's first development, Wall Street Lofts, was the first urban infill mixed-use project of its kind in downtown Daytona Beach, and successfully brought residents back to downtown Daytona Beach. It has eighteen residential lofts and six commercial spaces and was valued at $5 million upon completion.
In 2008, The W.H. Gardiner was acquired on South Beach Street in downtown Daytona Beach. The W.H. Gardiner is a 16,000-sq.ft-office building overlooking Riverfront Park and the Halifax River.
The Warren Harding Building on Orange Avenue in downtown Daytona Beach was purchased in 2007 and has been renovated as a historic office building with 14,000 sq ft.
